I'm so tired of seeing pricetags ranging from $700-$2000 for a system that is supposed to cost $400 by itself anyways. I understand that retailers don't make much of a profit from the systems and make all of their money off accessories (as a former BBY employee that was always stressed), but they should know that no one is going to walk into the store and buy a $400 system and not get anything else to go with it. Personally I think this is the best deal around and absolutely agree that it would be worth paying for the membership than the 5%. I still haven't decided what I'm going to do as far as the 360 vs. PS3, but I'm definately going to have to look at a Costco, Sam's, or BJ's before making a final decision on where to get it.
